Welcome to the Advantage U site, we are leaders in tennis and fitness delivery. Our team have been producing great successes for over 12 years now both in Sydney and the Illawarra. With a quality coaching team that are fully Tennis Australia qualified and recognised, we can assist you achieve your goals in this wonderful sport.

We offer a full range of Tennis sessions from the very beginner to the more competitive advanced players. With a string of resources available to us we start with the very basic Toddlers (2.5yrs), progress to young school age children and then move on to teenagers and then adults. Every one of our players is progressed along at the pace that suits each individuals development. Our facilities stretch from Shellharbour to Helensburgh, we have the Illawarra covered.
