Currently undertaking High Performance Coaching (Elite) course, Alec strives to be at the forefront of the tennis game.
A former regional, state, national and tournament circuit player Alec manages the coaching team, works with all standards of players and also works more closely with tomorrow's upcoming potential athletes. Alec provides guidance on technique, the fitness aspect and the mental training to achieve the best performance possible for every level of player. He guides many Illawarra & Sydney to great successes.
Alec draws on both experience and research to provide a wealth of knowledge to his coaching team and to his students. Alec mainly works with Private and Squad training, his focus is to take players and mould them to advance to the best they can be.
Alec is a Certified Club Professional with Tennis Australia, he is a qualified fitness instructor and is also business qualified. Alec coaches at most of the centres focusing his energies on ongoing development of coaches, the school and its students/athletes. In addition Alec guides many of our more elite players working on all aspects of their game from technical, tactical, physical and psychological. This blend through quality resources ensures developing athletes are prepared to meet the challenges of competitive sports pressure. |

Connie McAnally

Connie is relatively late starter but keen learner of
the game, she plays competitively in the local area several
times a week. As a mother and keen tennis enthusiast she is
completing her JDC qualification in the first quarter of 2010.

Adam Denison |

Adam has a wealth of tennis and fitness
experience along with a great work ethic. Adam has played
regionally and nationally as well as ball boyed at the
Medibank International for several years. His in depth
knowledge of the game is a great asset to the Advantage U
team. Adam will be completing his JDC qualification with
Tennis Australia in the first quarter of 2010. |

Brittany has been a student for a while and playing tournaments and local Illawarra & Shellharbour competitions. Brittany has been ball girl at the Medibank Sydney International for several years. Her passion for Tennis and love for working with children will be a great asset in her coaching role. Brittany will be completing her JDC this year with Tennis Australia. |
Scott Halls  |
Coach |
Scott brings a wealth of playing experience both local
competitions and tournaments. His key skills in building
rapport with students makes him a great teacher.
He is a qualified JDC with Tennis Australia.

Rachel Frezza |

Rachel has shown great commitment as a junior and is
still ranked in Australia. She assists in coaching ad we look
forward to her joining our team more as time progresses. |
Stephen Fuller  |
Relief Coach |
Stephen has competed at the Illawarra district, regional and state level with great successes, his ability to focus on the task at hand in matches is one of his many strengths. His experience at playing and his great rapport with children will give him a strong foundation as a coach. Stephen has completed his Advanced Level 2 coaches' qualifications, he is also studying Human Movement at Wollongong University he proves to be a great asset to all students.
Stephen currently works with many of our up and coming juniors to develop them for match play and better understanding of tennis. |

Stephen has competed at district, state and national level with tournament wins under his belt. Stephen returned from playing overseas to take up coaching. Stephen brings a wealth of experience and commitment to his tennis and tries to instill this in his students. Stephen will soon be undertaking his Club Professional course.
Stephen has over 15 yrs experience in tennis. From what he has learnt he tries to assist his students achieve the best they can. Stephen is a fully qualified Junior Development Coach with Tennis Australia. |

Michael Joseph |

Michael has competed at all levels of junior competition and has completed his Level 1 Development qualification with the ATPCA. His experience in playing Inter District; A1 Illawarra area ( Sydney ) and school representative level shows his commitment to success. Michael is well qualified in tennis and as an athlete.
Michael has been a competitive state runner with formidable results and national competitor in the surf club titles. This competitive streak helps develop players as he understand the hard work necessary fro results. Michael is currently assisting with some squad development work and general coaching. |
