Bringing forth over 10 years of experience across diverse sectors such as Accounting, retail banking, business banking, and credit lending, Javier has sharpened his skills in navigating through complex financial situations. His journey includes the successful completion of the CPA Australia program, which further enhanced his technical, strategic, and analytical skills.

During his tenure as a Credit Assessor at both TFA (Toyota Finance Australia) and MBFS (Mercedes-Benz Financial Services), Javier assessed and decisioned over 8,000 consumer and commercial credit applications. These applications, sourced from Finance & Business managers within dealership networks. This extensive experience not only demonstrated his understanding in different business structures but also highlighted his adeptness in handling complicated financial scenarios.

Hello, I’m Amy Xie, the Financial Controller here at Advantage U Finance. With 8 years of experience in finance industry, I am passionate about ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of our financial operations. My role involves overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions, preparing financial reports, and guiding strategic decisions with insightful financial data.
I work closely with our team to ensure that we meet both short-term and long-term financial goals. I am committed to maintaining a strong financial foundation for the company, supporting growth, and fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
I hold a Master Degree in Professional Accounting and Commercial Law, and have a deep understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial forecasting. Outside of work, I enjoy road trip, snorkelling and other outdoor activities, which helps me maintain a balanced approach to both my professional and personal life.
I look forward to continuing to contribute to the success of my clients and I’m excited to be part of such a fantastic team.
